  • Proper documentationDetailed records that support your BWC claim and your benefits.
  • Knows the Ohio systemThe BWC, your MCO, and the deadlines that apply to your claim.
  • Referrals when you need themImaging, specialists, therapy, and follow-up care.
  • Work injuries every dayNot a stranger to workmans comp — it's what we do.

Questions injured workers ask us

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Your initial consultation costs you nothing and comes with no obligation. We'll listen to what happened, talk through your options, and tell you honestly whether we can help.

What does BWC-certified mean?

It means the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation has certified the provider to treat injured workers and bill the BWC for that care. If your doctor isn't BWC-certified, your treatment may not be covered under your claim. Broadway Orthopedics is Ohio licensed and BWC certified.

Can I choose my own doctor for a work injury in Ohio?

Yes. In most Ohio workers' compensation cases you choose your own physician of record — the provider just needs to be certified by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC). Broadway Orthopedics is Ohio licensed and BWC certified, so you can choose us.

What if I haven't filed a claim yet?

That's fine — a lot of the people we see haven't. Come in for your free consultation and we'll explain how the BWC process works and what your next step looks like.

What if my claim was denied or delayed?

It still helps to be seen by a doctor who understands Ohio workers' compensation and documents your injury properly. Strong medical records can make a real difference if your claim is questioned or appealed.

What kinds of work injuries do you treat?

Back and neck injuries, shoulder and knee injuries, lifting injuries, repetitive strain, slips and falls, and other on-the-job injuries. Dr. O'Reilly has treated injured workers in Ohio since 2001.

How soon can I be seen?

We work to get injured workers in quickly — prompt treatment and documentation matter for both your recovery and your claim. Submit the form and we'll reach out to schedule you.
